Our Story

The Mississippi Man was founded in August of 2021, by Andrew and Melissa Werhan. We are a local couple born and raised in Madison, MS and have family all over the state.

Our business is a top of the line mens grooming shop and lounge that is here to bring the best grooming experience to all the men of Mississippi! We will have a wide variety of services from Haircuts for the Men & Boys, Steam towel shaves, and beard trims.

Our Lounge includes great music, a bar with local craft beer, a pool table, coloring sheets for the kids, and amazing TVs so you can watch all of your favorite sports and movies!

Founders Andrew and Melissa Werhan want to bring our clients a world class mens grooming experience, as well as, a place to kick back, look your best and have a fun time taking in the unique ambience.

In conclusion, we also feel that a huge part of what Jesus has called us to do is use our business to help those Mississippians in need, so we are constantly on the lookout for ways to help those that need it most in and around our community.
